According to the implementation on 09.06.2022, re-entry right statement for foreigners who violated a visa /resindence/work permit in Turkey.
1- There will be no decision to ban entry to Turkey for below foreigners
*The foreigners who violate the legal right to stay in Turkey for up to 3 months ( not including 3 months) , come to border gates by their free will to leave Turkey before their situation is determined by the competent authorities, and pay administrative fines.
* The foreigners who violate the legal right to stay in Turkey for up to 3 months (not including 3 months), come to the border gates to exit within the time (period) allowed for them to leave Turkey after a deportation decision is taken. ( Provided that the administrative fine is paid.)
2-Despite violating the legal right to stay, foreigners who leave the country under the following conditions are banned from entering Turkey for a period 1 month to 5 years.
* The foreigners who violate the legal right to stay for more than 3 months ( including 3 months), come to the border gates by their free will to leave Turkey. (Provided that the administrative fine is paid.) The entry ban periods corresponding to the violation periods for foreigners within this scope are as below.
Violation between 3 months and 6 months :1 month entry ban
Violation between 6 months and 1 year :3 months entry ban
Violation between 1 year and 2 years :1 year entry ban
Violation between 2 years and 3 years :2 years entry ban
Violation for more than 3 years :5 years entry ban
